Kinematica Polytron PT1200 homogenisator har en mycket lätt 100 W portabel motor. Används till dispergering av små volymer av plant-, djur- eller humana cellprover i vätska (t. ex. RNA extraktion), öppning av celler eller upplösning av fasta ämnen i vätska. De autoklaverbara aggregaten möjliggör homogenisering i volymer från 0,05 - 250 ml. Hastigheten kan med vridknapp regleras steglöst upp till 25.000 rpm.
Samples can optimally be homogenized, dispersed and mixed with the three available and exchangeable POLYTRON dispersing aggregates. The POLYTRON dispersing aggregate PT-DA 07/2 SYN-E082 can also be connected to the PT 1200 E.
A special quick coupling makes it easy to change the dispersing aggregates without further tools.
