INVERTED MICROSCOPES

Inverted biological microscopes are used to observe living specimens, often in cell culture applications where researchers monitor cells growing in dishes or other containers without disturbance. Unlike upright microscopes, they have the objective lens below the stage, and the light source and condenser above.
